Renovation of an educational facility in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits required to remove and replace existing mechanical components at LCCC's Schnecksville & Tamaqua campuses in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to cure any non-material oversight, to withhold award for a period of sixty days, and to award the bid in the best interest of Lehigh Carbon Community College as judged by the Board of Trustees. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the specified date and locations. Questions may be submitted online on or before 4:00 PM on April 22, 2026. Responses will be provided online to all registered parties.
