Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hayden, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a roundabout, including excavation, grading, drainage swales, curb, gutter and sidewalk, plant mix pavement, water main improvements, sewer force main improvements, pavement markings and signage, landscaping, and miscellaneous improvements required to complete the project. A bid must be delivered to the City Clerk in the manner required by the Bidding Information. Bidding documents may be viewed and/or downloaded at www.welchcomerplanroom.com. Hard copies of bidding documents can be ordered at the bidder's expense. In order to be added to the official plan holders list and ensure notification of addenda, bidders must register at www.welchcomerplanroom.com. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. All bids shall contain one of the following forms of Bidders security in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid amount: a) Bidder's Bond executed by a surety company qualified to conduct business in the State of Idaho; b) Certified Check payable to the City; c) Cashier's Check payable to the City; or d) Cash.
