2021 Capital Improvement Project - Phase III - Bus Garage - Electric Sealed bids are invited for Electrical Construction (EC) and Mechanical Construction (MC) for the 2021 Capital Improvement Project Phase III Bus Garage. Contractors should refer to the 2008 Wicks Reform and New York State Labor Law Section 220-i for additional bid submission procedures and requirements not otherwise outlined in the contract documents. Contract documents are available for examination at specified locations and can be obtained electronically or in print for set fees and deposits. Bidders must deposit a bid security with their submission and adhere to the completion dates specified in Section 011100 "Summary of Work." Bidders may visit the site with 48 hours prior notice. Requests for interpretation, information, or clarification must be in writing to the listed architect. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids. Withdrawal of bids is subject to conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. All contract documents received (except those held by successful bidders) must be returned within 30 days for deposit refunds. Only complete sets of documents will be issued, and it is the responsibility of each bidder to ensure they receive and review all addenda. All other persons, including subcontractors and material suppliers, are subject to the same return and refund policies for contract documents.
