Renovation of a multi-residential development in Corinth, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
**As of May 13, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Bids will be received for the '2026 Roofing Project At Project 072-001 (Robbins) for The Housing Authority Of The City Of Corinth, MS.' All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the project name and "Bid Documents." Each bid must be submitted in duplicate on forms provided by the Architect and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract. The work will be bid as one lump sum Prime Contract for General Construction. Bidders must have a "commercial contractor" license, and all bid envelopes must display the Contractor's Certificate of Responsibility number on the exterior. Bids shall be written on the form provided and sealed; any other method, except telegraphic modifications, will be considered non-responsive. No modifications are allowed on the exterior of the envelope without proper signature. Equal employment opportunity provisions apply, and payment of no less than the minimum salaries and wages as set in the Specifications must be made. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the bid opening. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
