Sealed bids are invited for the Corinth Coliseum Theater - Restroom Renovation in Corinth, Mississippi. The work generally consists of the renovation of the restrooms and concessions area, along with mechanical and electrical work. The contractor is responsible for performing all work and providing all labor, equipment, and materials as required by the specifications and drawings. Contract time is 180 consecutive calendar days from the effective date shown in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi Law with a current Certificate of Responsibility from the Mississippi State Board of Public Contractors. The Certificate of Responsibility Number must be shown on the bid envelope. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate using the form included in the Project Manual and accompanied by a bid guarantee of at least five percent of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each for 100 percent of the contract amount. Bids cannot be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time.
