Renovation of a multi-residential development in Corinth, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
Bids are being accepted for Total Rehabilitation & Unit Price Contract Area A in Alcorn, Prentiss, Tippah, and Tishomingo Counties. Sealed bids should be submitted in an envelope marked 'Bid for Total Rehabilitation & Unit Price Contract Area A' with the Bidder's Certificate of Responsibility number on the outside. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to five percent of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty days following the opening of bids without consent. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained as noted in the instructions. Gypsum board installation - Remove all items necessary and install new gypsum board; install new base, crown, and window molding (insulate around window); do all painting as required; reinstall plumbing; electrical; cabinets; overlay existing floor covering with Sturdi-floor, provide furring and gypsum over fiber board ceilings where they are existing, provide new closet shelves, and vented vent hood. NOTE: Other work concerning venting the vent hood to the outside will be covered in Add Alternate A unit pricing
