The work includes the removal of the existing ChangeAir Sophomore HVAC units and the supply and installation of a new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Heat Pump System with outdoor rooftop condenser, Fan Coil Units, and Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) to replace the current system. The new system shall provide both heating and cooling to the classrooms and be tied to the school's existing BACNET system. The contractor shall include all required demolition of existing infrastructure and provision of new infrastructure for the work at hand for all disciplines as outlined in the mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural discipline design drawings. Attendance at the mandatory site meeting by contractors is required for bid eligibility. Sub-contractors are not required to attend, and their attendance will not count toward bidder compliance.
