Sealed bids are requested for Closet Renovations at O'Donnell Dempsey. Bidding documents, including plans and specifications, are available and must be picked up in person. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Bids will only be awarded to the corporation or entity under whose name qualifications, pre-qualification (if required), and applicable bonding documentation are submitted. Related entities are not automatically qualified. All business organizations and individuals, including General Contractors, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers, must be registered with the State of New Jersey and provide proof by submitting the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate with their bid or proposal package.
