The Village of Key Biscayne requests bids from a licensed contractor experienced in installing Black Basemat surfacing or approved equal on existing curbs at the Village Green Park. The contractor is to provide surface preparation, installation, and clean-up. All necessary labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision required to complete the project must be included, in full accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions. The project scope encompasses all work as defined in Section 2 of the Invitation to Bid.
