Site work for a municipal facility in Landis, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The project involves the following scope of work: Mill approximately 1.5 inches of the existing asphalt surface in the Town Hall parking lot, approximately 2,600 square feet, and resurface with 1.5 inches of S9.5B asphalt. The scope also includes removal of selected fencing as needed, paving the area where fencing is removed, removal and replacement of existing concrete parking bollards, and restriping of the parking lot upon completion. Parking spaces shall be reconfigured to 90-degree angles along both sides of the building. Vendors interested in being considered for this work should submit a proposal. A proposal must be mailed, emailed, or hand-delivered to the specified address. For consideration, a response must be submitted by the specified deadline. The Town of Landis reserves the right to select the vendor that best meets its needs and to negotiate a final scope of work. All companies submitting a proposal will receive notification once the contract has been awarded.
