Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Florence, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed bids are invited from qualified vendors to rehabilitate the Otis Way and Jebaily Wells. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number and project name. Late submissions and electronic or emailed bids will not be accepted or considered. The City reserves the right to clarify bids with any responsible bidder and has the discretion to reject any or all responses, cancel the solicitation, or make an award deemed in the City's best interest. No costs incurred in the preparation of a bid will be paid by the City. Questions concerning this invitation to bid should be directed to the City Purchasing Agent, Lynwood F. Givens in writing by e-mail at lgivens@cityofflorencesc.gov. The deadline for the submission of all inquiries is April 2, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
