The City of Long Beach, Washington solicits interest from consultants for architectural services to complement an existing rendering of an indoor market and event space. The city is seeking USDA funding for the project, and a requirement of the funding is to have an architect of record listed for consultation and reporting services. The city can provide renderings to interested parties. The building is intended to provide space for the local farmers market and may also serve as event space. The proposed structure will be 4,148 square feet, single-story, with a main entrance corridor and two restrooms.
