The scope of work consists of storm inlet repairs, storm sewer pipe dig repairs, bituminous pavement restoration, traffic control, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. All bidders are required to purchase the Bid Documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit from QuestCDN. Bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Authority and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid, payable to the Borough of Dormont Stormwater Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Procurement is subject to the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act, and for contracts exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and The Public Works Employment Verification Act. Compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is required.
