The work consists of the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer main with cured-in-place ultraviolet lining, sanitary sewer lateral reinstatement, and other related activities described in the Plans and Specifications. The site is primarily within the Tahoe Keys neighborhood of the City of South Lake Tahoe, California, and includes work within public right-of-way on specified streets. The site of the work is located primarily within the Tahoe Keys neighborhood of the City of South Lake Tahoe, California. Work will be within public right-of-way to these following streets: Tahoe Keys Boulevard, Danube Drive, Morro Drive, Monterey Drive, Inverness Drive, Catalina Drive, Balboa Drive, Beach Drive, Beach Lane, and Capri Drive Bidders must submit sealed electronic bids. Hard copy original Bid Bond or other acceptable form of bid security must be delivered in advance of the bid deadline. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Contract Documents must be downloaded from the District's Vendor Portal, and bidders must register as a vendor to receive addendums and notifications. Paper bids are not accepted. The District's estimate for this work is somewhere between $650,000 and $750,000. After submitting electronic bids, each bidder must submit original Bid Forms to the District.
