Dick Anderson Construction seeks to qualify and select a Plumbing/HVAC Subcontractor for both Preconstruction and Construction phases of the Helena High School Project. The selected Subcontractor will be expected in the Preconstruction Phase to provide input on materials, methods of construction, constructability, scheduling, and cost estimating, culminating in a Guaranteed Maximum Price for their portion of the work. Also, they are to provide input for Bid Packs to allow material suppliers a fair opportunity to bid. For the Construction Phase, the Subcontractor must provide all necessary materials, tools, labor, and equipment for the construction portions of the project, and must be able to provide Payment and Performance bonds for their scope of work. This project is a Montana Prevailing Wage Rate project and will be delivered on a Fast Track schedule. The project includes a new school totaling 241,719 SF and renovations to the existing school totaling 36,415 SF. Subcontractors must submit documentation in the form required by the RFQ/RFP. Estimate = total construction cost estimate.
