Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Sheffield, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

21 fixed windows approximately 94"x38" installed and 15 mauled windows approximately 47"x38' with a fixed top section and 47"x38" double hung bottom section installed. Complete installation is to include, at a minimum: filling of voids, relining interior, caulking seams, exterior trim, and flashing. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the municipality. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The successful bidder must provide a certificate of insurance and a performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
