Site work and new construction of a power facility in Evansville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility.

Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a second bay at the existing substation for Evansville Water & Light. Bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the bid form. A pre-bid meeting at the substation site is strongly encouraged for prospective bidders. Bidding documents can be obtained from Forster Electrical Engineering, Inc. in either printed or electronic format for a fee. Partial sets of bidding documents are not available and neither the owner nor the engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets.
