Description

Site work and new construction of a power facility in Evansville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

The Project consists of constructing a second bay at the existing substation. Bids will be received for a single Contract and shall be on a lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment of a deposit, and only complete sets are available. Neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for any documents obtained elsewhere. Doc Notes: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Forster Electrical Engineering, Inc. at 550 N. Burr Oak Avenue Oregon, WI 53575. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
