Replacement of the exterior windows & doors and the addition of an interior toilet room . A. Base Bid: For the Camp Store building located at 340 Burr W. Jones Circle in Leonard-Leota Park in Evansville. The work under the base bid for this project includes both exterior and interior work. a. Exterior Work: Consists of the replacement of exterior windows and doors, as well as select painting. b. Interior Work: Contractors are to provide design and construction services for the plumbing and electrical systems required to construct the new toilet room. A partial slab replacement is anticipated to accommodate the interior plumbing work. See the construction drawings for the full scope of work. B. Add Alternate #1 : Work required to replace one of the base bid windows on the north side of the building with a fold-up window and a stainless-steel counter. C.
