Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Camas, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a three-story above grade office development; and three-story above grade fire / police facility.
BP 2.0 includes Excavation & Utilities, Structural Steel, and MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler) Systems. The work consists of new administrative offices and a fire station, full site redevelopment including the vacation of a former street into a new plaza, and construction of a split level three-story building made of concrete and structural steel. The building envelope will incorporate brick veneer, metal panel, and glazed windows. Interior spaces will be created for the office of the Fire Chief, a two-level crew living area, a public lobby, support spaces, and four apparatus bays.
