The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Support Center and Consolidated Lab facilities, as defined in the contract. Services may also be required at other WSSC-owned facilities on a task order basis. Work includes, but is not limited to: trash removal/recycling, landscape and grounds maintenance, fire extinguisher servicing, integrated pest management, rug cleaning, indoor plant maintenance, geese control, limited maintenance tasks, and window cleaning. The Contractor must determine the necessary man-hours to meet all contract requirements and respond to service requests per established work orders. Question Deadline 04/14/2026 at 2:00 PM ET
