The requirement is for commercial services involving inspection, testing, and mechanical power transmission equipment repair and maintenance. Prospective vendors are provided access to the Statement of Work solely to support an informed business decision on whether to request the solicitation from the Contracting Officer. The acquisition will be conducted using simplified procedures for commercial products and commercial services, with quotations solicited directly from responsible vendors. Award will be made to the vendor determined to best satisfy the stated evaluation criteria, and all responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration.
