Install mulching roject Location: Southeast of N 192 nd St and Fort St All proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the specified engineering firm and be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount not less than $10,900 as security. A contract and maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price is required. No proposal may be withdrawn for sixty days after the date set for opening of bids. Proposals must be sealed in an envelope, addressed appropriately, and marked with the project title and bidder's information. Bid security must be in a separate sealed envelope marked accordingly. The responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid will be awarded the contract in accordance with the requirements. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are incorporated by reference and available from the specified technical supply office. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
