Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hermiston, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes the reconstruction of N.W. 2nd Street between W. Elm and W. Cherry Avenues and W. Dogwood Avenue between N.W. 2nd and N.W. Spruce Streets. The construction will include two travel lanes, 5-foot sidewalks, curb and gutter, pedestrian ramps, driveways, and stormwater facilities, together with all other work required to complete the project as shown on the drawings. The contract is subject to the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law and has an expected duration of 100 days. Bids will be received and accepted ONLY via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders are urged to register with QuestCDN as a plan holder. The website will be updated periodically with addenda and other relevant information for submitting a bid. All official notifications, addenda, and bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website. The owner encourages minority and women-owned businesses to bid and requests that they indicate their status on the Planholders List. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. Estimated Value Notes: $590,000 to $690,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
