Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Hermiston, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following Work: Decommissioning the existing Lift Station No. 7 and constructing a new wastewater lift station, including demolition work, conversion of an existing wetwell to a sanitary sewer manhole, and installation of two sanitary sewer manholes; site work; installation of a gravity sewer line extension; installation of a wetwell structure with duplex pumps, pump slide rails, internal piping, and electrical and control systems with an emergency backup power connection; and installation of valve vault and effluent pressure sewer, including connection of a new pressure sewer to the existing pressure sewer, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The Owner is an equal opportunity employer.
