The work includes the reconstruction of N.W. 2nd Street between W. Elm and W. Cherry Avenues and W. Dogwood Avenue between N.W. 2nd and N.W. Spruce Streets. The construction will include two travel lanes, 5-foot sidewalks, curb and gutter, pedestrian ramps, driveways, and stormwater facilities, together with all other work required to complete the project as shown on the drawings.
