Sealed bids are requested from general contractors for construction of Iberville Parish Library Plaza Drive Renovations at 24710 Plaza Drive, Plaquemine, LA 70764. Bidders may submit bids electronically through centralbidding.com or by submitting hard copies. Complete Bid Documents are available electronically from the Architect at biddocs@fusionapc.com. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 5 percent of the base bid and all additive alternates, provided as a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required to submit a bid. Contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractors Licensing Law, R. S. 37:2151 et seq. The owner reserves the right to award the project on whatever basis is in its interest, and to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
