Design-Bid-Build construction of a Collective Training Enlisted Barracks at Camp Parks Reserve Forces Training Area. The project includes construction of a permanently built, approximately 46,000 square-foot barracks facility designed to house up to 300 Soldiers during annual training exercises and pre-mobilization activities, along with an approximately 10,000 square-foot fitness center annex. The barracks will include open-bay sleeping rooms, gang latrines, storage areas, team rooms, laundry spaces, restrooms, and shower facilities. The fitness center annex will include an open-bay physical fitness area, administrative offices, restrooms, showers, lockers, and storage. The project also includes full building systems such as information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, energy monitoring and control system connections, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems. Supporting infrastructure will include site development, utilities and connections, exterior lighting, paving, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, and construction of an eight-lane regulation outdoor running track near the barracks. Sustainability, energy efficiency, cybersecurity measures, antiterrorism force protection, and physical security features will be incorporated into the design in accordance with applicable Department of Defense criteria. All fixtures, furnishings, and equipment are included, and facilities will be designed for a minimum 40-year service life. Contract duration is estimated at 558 calendar days.
