Replace and Modernize Secondary Security Enabled Double Doors - Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required necessary for the replacement and modernization of secondary security double doors at the main building at USCG Sector Northern Great Lakes. Existing doors are in poor condition. Doors have been modified over the years and show signs of fatigue, and holes from previously installed components. This request is for the removal and disposal of the old doors and construction materials/ debris, and the installation of new double doors to match the current modern exterior mill finished double doors. Prep work site to prevent damage to the immediate area. o Removal of any interferences at work site. o Removal of old double doors, side lights, headers, framing, threshold, glass. o Install/Furnish new doors, frames, hinges, push bars, glass, threshold, and construction materials to match existing. o Glass to be clear. o Framing to be aluminum, natural color to match existing. o The door tube must be equipped with electric latch prep on the non-active leaf door. o Replace/Install any interferences to include ceiling tiles and trim that may have been removed or damaged during construction. o All wiring, proximity card readers, and tiles to be installed by owner. o Verity proper operation after installation is complete.
