Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 21,401-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The selected contractor shall furnish and install a complete sports lighting system, including 20 fixtures for field lighting, 4 concrete-encased steel sports light poles, a minimum of 50fc lighting, pre-wired cross arms, remote fuse distribution panel, and a digital time clock. This is a turnkey project, requiring the bidder to self-perform installation, service, and warranty work for the duration of contracted terms. The contractor shall also provide and install a post-tensioned concrete slab (approximately 21,401 square feet), three complete tennis net systems (USTA compliant or equivalent), apply an acrylic-based surfacing system for tennis courts, furnish and install approximately 600 linear feet of 10-foot high chain link fencing with a single access gate, and prepare the site including grading and surveying. All products must meet or exceed specified standards, with alternates accepted if detailed specifications and performance data are submitted. Proposals must include a cover letter, firm information, a minimum of three references from the last five years, estimated project timeline, warranty information, cost breakdown by component, lump sum base bid, and authorized signature. All materials are to be submitted in an envelope marked "Proposal Three Tennis Courts For Anadarko Public Schools."
