Remodeling of a theater / auditorium in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the remodel of a theater / auditorium.
Bids for theater stage floor replacement will be received by Western Nebraska Community College. The Bid Requirements Document including the specifications may be obtained by contacting Western Nebraska Community College. The organization reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received that may be in its best interest. 4/16/26 Questions regarding IFB due to WNCC - Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of any solicitation provision must be submitted in writing to Procurement Office and clearly marked 26-FAC-08. 4/20/26 Responses to questions provided to firms of record Delivery of the products must be no later than September 30, 2026 A. Work includes removal of existing stage hardboard (as required), surface prep, and installation of new tempered hardboard (Masonite) wearing surface over existing subfloor (reuse subfloor where structurally sound and plane can be achieved). B. Areas & approximate net areas (by plan): a. Stage Left: 382 SF b. Stage Right: 474 SF c. Main Stage: 1,746 SF d. Total: 2,602 SF (verify in field). e. Flooring contractor to remove and reinstall all floor boxes/plates/trim impacted by the work. Contractor to document missing/damaged parts and notify Owner. Westview Productions can provide replacement parts for flooring contractor to install. f. Thresholds at proscenium, wings, vomitories; transitions to adjacent flooring. g. Repainting or re-striping of stage marks. h. Temporary Protection of Turntable Opening (See additional Specifications)
