This requirement is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity regional construction maintenance contract to provide general site work services including asphalt paving and paving-related services, minor utility work, and minor concrete maintenance repairs. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform excavation, backfill, removal and reclamation of bituminous and cementitious concrete pavement, saw cutting of asphalt and concrete, resetting and rehabilitating catch basins and manholes, curb removal and resetting, and disposal of arsenic-contaminated and clean soils. The scope also includes installation of new fill and gravel base materials, permanent and temporary bituminous pavement, curbing, seeding and sodding, cast-in-place concrete, concrete sidewalks, pavement markings, chain link fencing, utility structures and piping, concrete duct banks, steam piping, and all associated incidental work required to deliver complete and functional repairs. Additional work may include asbestos abatement activities, including preparation of work plans and proper disposal of waste materials. The contractor may be required to provide urgent and rapid response services to support Public Works operations, particularly for utility-related repairs. Projects will be issued through task orders, administered by the specific installation where the work is performed, under a single IDIQ contract with an anticipated five-year ordering period consisting of a base year and four option years. The total estimated magnitude of construction for the base and option periods combined is between $25 million and $100 million. The anticipated procurement approach is sealed bidding, and the contract may be set aside for small business depending on the results of this market research. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
