Provide preventive and corrective maintenance services to support the Philips MR Elastography system and associated chiller equipment at the Columbia VAMC. Services include priority scheduling, prioritized remote diagnostics, on-site response, and full labor and travel coverage during standard service hours. The contractor shall provide access to spare parts inventory, next-business-day parts delivery, and coverage for all replacement parts required under normal use, excluding consumables. Preventive maintenance shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, along with corrective maintenance as needed. The scope also includes ongoing service and maintenance support for the existing MR Elastography hardware and licensed software, troubleshooting Elastography functionality, provision of eligible operating system software enhancements that do not require hardware changes, and application of a lifecycle catalog discount. Technical support shall be available 24/7, with clinical applications support during standard business hours. Remote services shall include remote desktop support, proactive monitoring, and reporting such as service history, preventive maintenance summaries, and eligibility reports. Chiller services include preventive and corrective maintenance during extended coverage hours. Required deliverables include maintenance reports, service logs, monitoring notifications, parts delivery confirmations, planned maintenance schedules, and quarterly or on-demand service reports.
