Bid Package 1 – Site Services, Concrete Foundations, Building/Site Concrete Flatwork, Structural Steel, Waterproofing, Clean Rooms, Fire Protection, Plumbing/Mechanical, Electrical, Excavation/Site Utilities, Rammed Aggregate Piers Columbia, MO Bid Package 1 includes the following work packages: 1.1 Site Services 3.1A Concrete Foundations 3.1B Building/Site Concrete Flatwork 5.1 Structural Steel Fabrication/Erection 7.1 Waterproofing 13.1 Clean Rooms 21.1 Fire Suppression 23.1 Mechanical/Plumbing 26.1 Electrical 31.1A Excavation/Site Utilities 31.1B Rammed Aggregate Piers This is a construction management at risk project. THERE IS NO GENERAL CONTRACTOR. All Contractors on this Project are considered Trade Contractors to River City Construction (RCC). RCC will award separate Contracts for all Bid Packages involved in the Project. The Project will be managed and coordinated by RCC. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Construction Documents created by BSA and their sub consultants Project No.: CP232471 Issued for Bid Package 1 dated April 24, 2026. Request for Information/Clarifications: All RFIs/Clarifications are due to River City Construction no later than May 20, 2026 at 1:30PM. The intent is to issue an addendum with all RFIs and Clarifications answered. All RFIs shall be sent to Kelly Hequembourg at khequembourg@rccllc.com. A Preconstruction Conference will be held at the jobsite after the award of successful bidders, date and time to be determined. Attendance by successful bidders is required to review the scope of the Project. The successful Bidders may be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. Such bond shall be provided within ten (10) days of the award of the Contract by the successful bidders. If bidding on multiple bid packages, please submit a bid form for each individual work category. Bidders are allowed to submit combination bids of multiple bid packages. However, the bidder must also bid each package individually. See Combo Bid Instructions found in section 00 0005 Supplemental Information for more information. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed 90 days before awarding contracts. Prospective Bidders in doubt as to the true meaning of a part of the Drawings, Specifications, or other Contract Documents shall submit to RCC, no later than May 20, 2026 at 1:30 PM, a written request for interpretation and clarification. Neither River City Construction nor BSA is responsible for any explanations or interpretations of such documents which anyone presumes to make, other than by Addenda. D.
