Renovation of an educational facility in Farmington, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The contract consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the abatement of corridor flooring and installation of new flooring systems and associated work. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond, treasurer's check, or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank, trust, or surety company, made payable to the Town of Farmington in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bidder's bid. Any addendum acknowledgment must also be submitted with the bid. Bid documents must be obtained directly from the Farmington Public Schools website to be eligible. All bid documents must be completely filled out and submitted. Facsimile and e-mailed bids will not be accepted. The contractor and all sub-contractors must comply with State Prevailing Wage Provisions. Minority/Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply. Questions regarding the project should be sent via email to bids@fpsct.org, Subject RE: IAR Abatement and Flooring, no later than 4PM Monday, April 20, 2026. Answers to questions will be issued by addenda by Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 4PM. Award is subject to final approval.
