Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Farmington, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project is for the replacement of an existing 30,000-gallon fuel oil Underground Storage Tank (UST), designated as Tank D-1, to comply with CT DEEP standards. The tank is located adjacent to Building E and the East Loading Dock, and it provides fuel oil for the boilers in Building E and the generator for the adjacent Building K. The owner is considering replacing the existing tank with a smaller one, with the final size to be determined.
