Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to the Owner for construction of a building located at 126 16th Section Road, Hattiesburg, MS 39402. The project is for the construction of a new high school, field house, and all associated site work. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the plan room website of the Architect upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Bidders must provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or a certified check for no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Offers are to be submitted on the Bid Form provided, which may be supplemented as appropriate. Bids must be contained in a sealed envelope marked with the project name and comply with all requirements regarding submission address, labeling, and electronic submission as specified. Bids in excess of $50,000.00 must be marked with the contractor's Mississippi certificate of responsibility number and include proof of license. Offers must remain irrevocable for 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. This project will consist of the following general scope of work.
