Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Knox, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work area: North side parking lot located at 7225 South U.S. Hwy. 35, Knox, IN. Work scope: Mill existing asphalt 4", haul all spoils off site, add 2" of #53's stone base to assist with drainage, fine grade and compact stone base, pave with 2.5" of hot mix asphalt binder, tack coat between layers, pave with 1.5" of hot mix asphalt surface, stripe parking lot. Contractors must be licensed, insured, and bonded, and must provide proof if accepted prior to any work. Include pricing for each item in your bid.
