Thurgood Marshall High School - Gym and Auditorium Project The work includes the modernization of the gym and auditorium buildings at Thurgood Marshall Academic High School. The estimated construction value is $18,865,000. Attendance at one of the mandatory job walks is required for general contractors bidding on the project. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with prevailing wage requirements under California Labor Codes 1770 and 1771. Pre-qualification requirements: All bidders must be pre-qualified through the District's Pre-Qualification Procedure as defined in Section 00 01 16. The list of pre-qualified general contractors and subcontractors is available via PQBids, and prequalification is done through the PQ Bids system online. Question Deadline 04/20/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to the District. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered.
