Remodeling of a multi-residential development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 15-story above grade multi-residential development.

C1744 - COED Hall Apartments and Corridors Painting Floors 11-15. All prime contractors are encouraged to invite their subcontractors to the walkthrough. Questions are accepted until April 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM, and should be sent to purchasingbids@fitnyc.edu. Complete bid packages are available on FIT's website. Project Description: Clean and prep all surfaces to receive paint as per specifications and drawings. Prime and paint interior surfaces to match specifications. Contractor responsible for painting entire floor including hallways, doors, walls and ceilings. All existing HVAC diffusers & grilles to be cleaned. Built-in counters, flooring, lighting fixtures, etc. to be protected throughout the project. Contractor to patch & repair any damaged sheetrock prior to painting. Rooms will be free of furniture. Contractor is responsible to remove all window shades prior to painting. Once painting is complete contractor is responsible to re-install all window shades.
