**As of May 7th, 2026, the project was awarded to JC Roofing & Insulating with an awarded amount of $133,541.65** The bids will be acted upon by the City Council at City Hall located at 25 Center Street on the 20th day of April 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The major quantities for the base bid are 1 LS of Roof Assemblies, PVC Membrane; 1,000-BF of Roof Insulation Board Replacement; 22 SQ of Roof Assemblies, Asphalt; 500 SF of Sheathing. Bid security is required according to state law and the bid specifications. Payment for the materials and services herein provided for will be in cash. The City of Vermillion reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
