Description

Renovation of a conference / convention center in Vermillion, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

Labor and materials are required to perform the W. M. Lee Center for Fine Arts Roof Replacement at the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, South Dakota. Bids must be submitted on the forms supplied and plainly marked for the project. Anyone requesting, reviewing, or copying plans and specifications agrees to use them solely for preparing a bid. Bidders must return or destroy all plans and specifications if not awarded the contract, and these documents are the sole property of the University. The plans and specifications are confidential and may not be disseminated except for obtaining pricing with state approval. If awarded, the contractor retains the documents until the project is complete. Liquidated delay damages of $250 per calendar day apply for delay in completion of the work.
