Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of installing a custom precast 7-foot by 10-foot vault within Center Parkway and connecting it to the existing 21-inch storm drain pipeline; installing approximately 400 linear feet of 36-inch storm drain pipe and a new manhole; performing clearing and grubbing; excavating and constructing a new detention basin; constructing an inlet/outlet structure, drive ramp, and low-flow channel; installing new security fencing and gate; modifying the existing wrought iron fence and installing a new gate; constructing an asphalt access driveway and aggregate base (AB) covered access road; and performing site restoration and restoration of the City right-of-way. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the work, including obtaining all required permits; preparing and implementing a sediment and erosion control plan; identifying and using an approved haul route; hauling and disposing of excess materials; and paying all associated fees.
