The improvements to be constructed include constructing a pre-engineered steel hangar building, constructing taxilanes and ramps, and placing pavement markings. Bidders are required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, and to perform all necessary work for the project. Bids must include a guaranty of five percent of the total bid amount and can only be submitted by those obtaining bid documents directly from QuestCDN or Kirkham Michael. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon Act wage provisions, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation requirements under 49 CFR Part 26, and various other federal contract conditions.
