"PROJECT 26Z2AS8 HARDEN FRONT LOBBY SITE VISIT SIGN IN SHEET" has been added to reflect site visit attendees. "PROJECT 26Z2AS8 SITE VISIT MEETING MINUTES SHEET" has been added to reflect general site visit meeting minutes information. All documents are added as controlled documents. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to harden the front lobby by performing a complete replacement of the existing aluminum storefront window assemblies and entry door located in the institution's main lobby. The work includes removal of existing storefront systems and doors and installation of new assemblies in strict accordance with the contract documents and statement of work. Construction activities must be coordinated to allow the facility to remain operational throughout performance, and all work must comply with applicable security, safety, and quality control requirements. The contractor is required to begin work within ten days of receipt of the notice to proceed and complete the project within one hundred ninety-one calendar days.
