Janitorial cleaning services are required for Government offices at the U.S. Forest Service Administrative site. Services must be performed in strict compliance with all terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those furnished by the Government), and incidentals necessary to complete the work as specified. Cleaning will occur at frequencies determined by the Government, and performance is subject to Government evaluation. Services are to be provided at two locations: Lamonta Compound (1175 Lamonta St., Prineville OR 97754) and the Heli-Base Rappelers Building (4550 Airport Way, Prineville OR 97754). The quantity of office furniture and the utilization of floor space may change during the contract period. Offerors must submit all required documentation, including a completed Schedule of Items (modifications to this document are not allowed) and a separate document addressing evaluation criteria: relevant past performance history, quality control plan, technical approach, use of biobased products, and price. Submissions must include the solicitation number, offeror information, UEI, necessary representations and certifications, and a statement of agreement with all terms. Quality control plans must detail inspection and acceptance criteria, methods for monitoring and correcting deficiencies, supervision measures, and plans for handling complaints. Offerors must also provide a list of intended biobased products and describe their use. Proposals will be evaluated for relevant experience, quality of services, technical approach, use of biobased products, and price. The award may be made for one or multiple line items and will be based on best value to the Government.
