Site work and paving for a road / highway in Shorewood Hills, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Street resurfacing and other street improvements, consisting of pulverization and overlay of 2,500 square yards of existing asphalt roadway, and 2000 lineal feet of Carlson asphalt edge. Includes alternate bid items with an option for 1000 lineal feet of 30” concrete curb and gutter. The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Each bidder must deposit with their bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. The Village of Shorewood Hills reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Shorewood Hills within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bidders must be experienced in asphalt pavement construction. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
