The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to replace two (2) shallow groundwater monitoring wells and redevelop an existing monitoring well within the Harwood's Mill Reservoir watershed property in York County. Item 1: Mobilization - lump sum. Item 2: Soil boring (2 wells) - per foot. Item 3: Monitoring well installation (2 wells) - per foot. Item 4: Monitoring well development (2 wells) - lump sum. Item 5: Well abandonment (2 wells) - lump sum. Item 6: Well 10R redevelopment (1 well) - lump sum Soil boring for 2 (two) wells. Qty (Estimated - continuous) , Monitoring well installation for 2 wells, Development of 2 (two) monitoring wellS, Well abandonment for 2 (two) wells, Redevelopment of Well 10R per specifications. Question Submission Deadline: April 30, 2026, 1:00pm - Questions regarding this Invitation for Bid (IFB) must be submitted in writing through the OpenGov Procurement Question/Answer Tab via the City's e-Procurement portal Work to be completed in: 35 Days (Substantial), 10 Days (Final).
