The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to perform the complete replacement of Chiller York 2075. The work includes decommissioning the existing 100-ton chiller, relocating it approximately two miles to a new site near the chiller unit at York 1595, and supplying, installing, and commissioning a new high-efficiency 100-ton air-cooled scroll packaged chiller at the original location. The scope also includes replacement of all insulation, heat tape, aluminum jacketing, and all pressure and temperature gauges on water lines located above the existing concrete pad. All work shall be performed safely and in full compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. Estimated Price Range: The magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,00 and $500,000. All inquiries shall be submitted via email to the POCs no later than 1400 EST, April 29th, 2026. Additionally, all inquiries shall be submitted using the Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) form (Attachment G). When submitting your PPIs, please include the Reference, Page, Section and Paragraph as reflected in the PPI submission form. Please review the PPIs submitted on behalf of your subcontractors to ensure the PPI is in accordance to the submittal request.
