Description

Renovation of a library in Breckenridge, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

Summit County Government is seeking proposals from qualified general contractors to oversee and manage interior improvements planned for the South Branch Library located at 103 S Harris Street, Breckenridge, CO 80424. The best proposal will be selected based on qualifications, relevant experience, schedule, and cost. Submit questions regarding the proposals to the provided contact. Proposals may be submitted electronically or by hardcopy until the specified deadline. Proposals received by the deadline will be publicly opened and read aloud as described in the RFP documentation. The contract will be awarded to the highest-ranked responsible proposal that provides the best value to Summit County, aligning with public interest. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct investigations or negotiations as necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
